Spider Develops New Customer Quoting System

Tukwila, WA - Spider, a division of SafeWorks, LLC, announces it has made a significant investment in developing a unique electronic customer quoting system. The Spider SmartQuote system provides a tool to deliver rapid responses to customer inquiries using a consistent quoting format throughout Spider's extensive nationwide service center network.
Within minutes, customers will receive comprehensive price quotes including detailed technical and product information. The quoting system integrates seamlessly into Spider's sales management software. Accepted quotes can be automatically turned into sales or rental orders, thus reducing order process time, and giving our customers a unified and consistent purchasing experience with every quote.
The system quickly generates a quote packet that is a single PDF file that can be faxed, e-mailed or printed out as desired. The system may be customized for the specific needs and requests of any company inquiring about Spider products and services.
