Spider Announces New General Liability Insurance Carrier

June 23, 2005

Seattle, WA - Spider, a division of SafeWorks, LLC, has recently placed its general liability insurance with Lexington Insurance Company, a subsidiary of American International Group (AIG).

AIG is financially the strongest insurance company in America today, and Lexington has a rating of A+15, which is the highest possible rating in the insurance industry. Additionally, the new policy offers numerous features better-suited to the evolving business requirements as Spider's business grows into new market opportunities.

"Partnering with the insurance industry leader drives significant competitive advantage and demonstrates our leadership position. Extensive insurance coverage assists in furthering our goal to be the best provider of temporary and permanent powered access equipment in North America and the world," comments Dave Voeller, President and CEO of SafeWorks, LLC.

Don Bacic, Senior Vice President of Willis, AIG's broker, adds, "Consistent with Spider's philosophy of aligning with industry leaders and forming winning relationships, AIG/Lexington looks forward to a strong, profitable relationship for both parties."

The new insurance coverage took effect June 1, 2005.
