Spider Announces New After-Hours
Customer Support Service
November 3, 2004
Tukwila, WA - Spider, a division of SafeWorks, LLC, is pleased to announce it is offering a nationwide 24-hour emergency support service for its customers.
When customers call Spider's 24-hour emergency support number, they will speak with a trained professional, able to assist with suspended access and safety emergencies. In the event that further assistance is needed, the call will be routed to a qualified Spider product expert. In the rare case that the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, Spider operation center personnel will be dispatched immediately for on-site support.
The new emergency support service gives Spider customers the confidence to complete projects without prolonged interruptions.
"Spider is committed to keeping customers safe, no matter what time of day," said Ace Hill, Supply Chain and Branch Operations Director. "With a commitment to adding value for our customers, we believe this support system is a critical factor in Spider continuing to be the leader in full-service offerings of safety and powered access products and services."
The system is currently operational throughout the continental United States.
